I guess most of them are probably afraid of things that are different. Of not being perfect enough to keep their husbands and their comfortable lives.

But I think they're also afraid of anything they don't understand. If they can't fix it, they want to get rid of it before it can influence anyone else.

I mean, I'm not afraid of all that! But if they see a pretty young ghost out luring their men away, they can shoot at me and that will keep their attention off of you. But if I die again, I'm sticking around and knocking all of your heads around!
[She gets back her energy at that point, which earns a roar of laughter that gets her to grin and join along with them.]
