So the only thing to do, once he's pretty sure the coast is clear, is to get down low and kick at it until the latch pops off or a hinge or the glass itself breaks.
A couple solid thuds of his heel gets the latch to fail first, and the window springs open inward. It's going to be a tight fit, but they can crawl through.
He lands feet-first on the floor of a repair shop, based on all the little lenses and lights propped up on the desks. A labeled cabinet on the side probably contains parts; one table, meanwhile, has boxes of orders with notes. Johnnie looks them over briefly before heading right for the door that goes up to the main shop.]
