She can't, of course, but she still wants to be useful here. So she marches right on over to the guard rail and examines it with her hands on her hips. It's broken up enough she's able to grab hold of the edge of where it starts to curl upward and the tries prying it free. That doesn't work, so she tries the next best thing - pressing her foot against the rail and prying it with her hands. It doesn't budge and she huffs and puffs, before she breaks down in a stream of cursing.]
